App: Coralik: Tic Tac Toe
Developer: Denis Riabov
Platform: Google Play
Effective date: June 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how the Coralik: Tic Tac Toe app (the "App") handles information when you use it. The core game can be played offline and does not require a developer-operated server. However, if an internet connection is available, the App may connect to Google AdMob servers to load and display ads. The developer does not collect, store, or process any personal data.
The App displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect certain data as described in Section 2 below.
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. The following parties may collect, receive, or use end user data as a result:
These parties may collect:
All data transmitted by the AdMob SDK to Google's servers is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. The categories of data listed above are consistent with the information declared in the App's Data Safety section on Google Play.
IP-based ads personalization: On or shortly after August 3, 2026, Google will begin using IP addresses for ads measurement and personalization in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland (Google Vendor List Feature 3 — "Identify devices based on information transmitted automatically"). IP addresses may be used for ads measurement and personalization in addition to the Advertising ID. This is governed by the IAB TCF v2.3 consent framework — your consent choice in the app's consent dialog covers this purpose. Google has indicated that dedicated, Google-level controls allowing users to manage IP-based personalization directly through their Google Account will not be available until later in 2026 or early 2027. Until those controls are introduced, the App's own consent dialog (Section 3) is the primary way to manage this.
All data is collected and processed by Google and its partners — not by the developer. Google AdMob's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the legal basis for processing your data for personalized advertising is your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
The App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK as its Consent Management Platform (CMP), configured in compliance with Google's EU User Consent Policy and the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF v2.3). On first launch, the App shows a consent dialog. You may choose to allow or decline personalized ads:
Your consent choices are encoded in a TC string (IAB TCF v2.3) and passed to each advertising partner listed in Section 2 via the TCF framework, ensuring consent is applied consistently across all parties.
You may review or withdraw your consent at any time by tapping Ad Privacy Settings in the app's Settings screen. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before withdrawal.
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the following rights regarding personal data processed by Google and its advertising partners:
The developer does not store your data and cannot link an IP address or Advertising ID to a specific named individual. Google AdMob acts as an independent data controller for data collected through its SDK, under its own terms (Google's Controller-Controller Data Protection Terms). The most effective way to exercise your rights is directly through Google at: https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy. You may also contact the developer at coralik.app@gmail.com — the developer will make reasonable efforts to direct your request to Google.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
You can opt out of personalized ads at any time through your Android device settings:
EEA/UK/Swiss users can also manage consent directly in the app via Settings → Ad Privacy Settings (see Section 3).
This section serves as our Notice at Collection under US State Privacy Laws.
If you are a resident of California or another US state with applicable privacy legislation (including Virginia, Colorado, Texas, Connecticut, and others), you have the following rights regarding personal information collected through the App by Google AdMob and its advertising partners.
This information is collected and processed by Google LLC and its advertising partners — not by the developer. The developer itself does not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, the transmission of your Advertising ID and IP address to Google and its advertising partners for personalized, cross-context behavioral advertising is considered "sharing" under the CCPA/CPRA. You have the right to opt out of this sharing at any time — see "Your rights" and "How to exercise your rights" below.
Opt-out of sale or sharing of your data (in-app): Open the App → Settings → Ad Privacy Settings. This opens the US States consent form (separate from the EEA/GDPR consent dialog) — select "Don't sell or share my data." This preference is processed by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) and applied to ad serving.
Delete your Advertising ID (device-level):
Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID
Exercise rights with Google directly:
Google AdMob acts as an independent controller for data collected through its SDK.
Requests to know, delete, or correct data are most effectively submitted directly
to Google at:
https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy
For requests addressed to the developer, contact: coralik.app@gmail.com. As the Business under applicable US state law, the developer will make reasonable efforts to direct your request to Google AdMob. We will respond within 45 days, or as required by applicable state law.
This app is intended for users aged 13 and older. It is not directed at children under 13. The App is classified as "not designed for children" in Google Play Console (Target Audience: 13+) and is not enrolled in the Designed for Families program. The content rating assigned via the Play Console content rating questionnaire reflects a general audience.
If Google determines that the App is likely to appeal to children or to a mixed audience, the developer will update the App's settings, advertising configuration, and the disclosures in this Privacy Policy as required by Google Play policies.
The developer does not collect any personal data from any user. All advertising-related data collection is handled exclusively by Google AdMob. Parents or guardians with concerns about advertising data can manage their child's ad settings via Google Family Link: https://families.google.com/familylink/.
The developer does not collect or store any personal data. Game scores and settings are stored locally on your device only and never transmitted anywhere.
Retention periods for data collected by AdMob — including Advertising ID, IP address, and IP-based personalization data described in Section 2 — are governed by Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/retention.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Users will be notified of material changes through the App or by the updated date on this page.
